Business Administration students live academic experience in Spain

The students traveled to Barcelona to participate in the course “Doing Business in Europe.”

With the goal to understand the workings of European society and its different forms of marketing and management, a group of Business Administration students traveled to Barcelona to participate in the course “Doing Business in Europe,” at the prestigious ESADE Business School.

The selected students, who received an academic scholarship, learned about the different Spanish investments in Latin America and its conflicts, based on cultural differences.

For Lily Atuesta, a student of the Master’s in Human Management and Organizational Development, the experience helped her understand the education system in Spain, admire the precision and specific style to express a concept, as well as the competitiveness of academia with industry, in the fields of innovation and strategy.

“It was a wonderful experience; I enjoyed it from the first moment until the last. Also, we learned about the balance and comparison of traditional concepts with modern ones, on the issues studied during the academic week,” she said.
