The Master’s Degree offers a post-graduate training space, oriented to professionals interested in a successful performance in the field of strategic management and innovation of the production chain in the event industry and gastronomy. The proposed curriculum was designed with the purpose of developing and strengthening the student’s professional competencies and creative skills in the chosen field, through a curriculum that articulates theory and practice, is flexible, favors interdisciplinarity and recognizes that today’s professionals need to be prepared to understand and act in environments of uncertainty and change.
