First FIGRI Incubator Clubs Fair concludes successfully

During this semester, we expect to develop various activities encouraging new and older students to participate in this project.

Since last semester, in response to students’ initiative, the Finance, Government and International Relations Faculty assisted in the creation of the Incubator Clubs, groups formed by students of any academic program where different subjects, of common interest, are addressed.

On January 18, 2018, FIGRI held the first Fair, bringing these clubs together so current members could share their experience with new students and encourage them to join.

The Fair featured participation by 12 clubs, including Externado Extremo,  TEDx, Debate Society, UN Externado, The Free Thinker, ITER, CFA Junior, FIGRI on the air, Photography Club,  Video Games, Coffee and Politics, and the  Investment Club.

The clubs are active during the academic period and organize meetings according to members’ availability.

Event organizers state the Fair was a success, as there was a noticeable increase in registration. Additionally, we expect to continue holding this and other type of activities so that higher semester students also become interested in the project.
