XIX Interdisciplinary Procedural Law Seminar on Administrative Acts Arbitration
Date: 27 of june of 2018
Time: 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Place: D-311
The Procedural Law Department invites the academic community to participate in the seminar, June 27, 2018.
Currently, the Council of State maintains a strong jurisprudential stance regarding arbitration competition limits on contractual administrative acts. However, the jurisprudence constraints present multiple legal, economic, and contractual effects.
The event aims to examine the reasons legal operators can deviate from the consolidated position, recognizing the existence of a broad arbitration competition, able to judge the legality and economic effects of all administrative acts stemming within the framework of State contracts.
The conference will be offered by Externado Procedural Law Department, professor Mónica Alejandra León, Master’s in Law with an emphasis in Procedural Law.
