Administrators’ duties and responsibility: current and challenges

The Externado University Commercial Law Department invites the academic community to participate in these meetings.

Taking into consideration that responsibility is the center of gravity of the legal order in its projection on community relations; the Commercial Law Department seeks to focus on a very specific point: the case of commercial enterprise managers.

The meeting addresses a very valuable, important, and relevant subject, due to the debate on managers’ ability to maintain, reduce, or broaden the spectrum of duties, functions, and responsibilities.

The two-day meeting will be held May 18-19, 2017.
