Forum: Competition Processes, unfair to the contentious-administrative jurisdiction

The University holds the event to analyze, from an Administrative Law and unfair competition perspective, the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC), change of position in the jurisdictional competition of knowledge of unfair acts involving public entities.

The featured speakers are Hugo Alberto Marín Hernández, Administrative Law Department professor and consulting attorney, and Dionisio de la Cruz Camargo, Economics Law Department Professor and consulting attorney.
