Experts on the subject will analyze the role of these bonds in the solution of complex social problems, insofar as they facilitate access to capital, among other virtues.

The creation of innovative financing mechanisms within the framework of impact investment is generating important changes in the way policies relating to the reduction of poverty, improvement in the quality of education and, even, compliance with environmental or humanitarian nature commitments are being implemented.

The implementation experiences of these mechanisms have demonstrated that social impact bonds used as a tool for funding social programs not only improve results but allow flexibility and innovation, bringing together multiple stakeholders around the solution of complex social problems, facilitating access to capital, and expanding suppliers’ selection. Our country is a pioneer in this type of emissions.
