The Universidad Externado de Colombia offers a course where you can study and improve your Spanish while immersing yourself in Colombian culture. Through dynamic classes and cultural experiences, you will explore local gastronomy, tour La Candelaria (a historic and traditional neighborhood of Bogotá), and visit some of the city’s most prominent museums.
In class, students will work on both oral and written production and comprehension in a dynamic and participatory manner. Through the lessons and external visits, participants will have the opportunity to consolidate their linguistic skills while acquiring tools to navigate everyday situations.
Target Audience:
Individuals wishing to practice and improve their Spanish in an immersive environment.
Levels: From beginner to intermediate.

Class: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Spanish class. Introduction to the course based on proficiency levels.
Outing: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Walking tour of La Candelaria. |
| Tuesday, June 14 | Class: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Spanish class.
Outing: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Visit to the Gold Museum (Entrance: approximately 3 USD). |
| Wednesday, June 15 | Class: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Spanish class.
Outing: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Graffiti walking tour. |
| Thursday, June 16 | Class: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Spanish class.
Outing 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Visit to Monserrate (Funicular ticket: approximately 5 USD). |
| Friday, June 17 | Class: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM – Spanish class.
Outing: 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM – Activity at the University. |
Fee: $1.000.000 COP (Approx. 271 USD)
10% discount for participants of the World Congress of Constitutional Law. 2026.

*Note: The University reserves the right to modify the outings without prior notice. The costs for the Monserrate and Gold Museum visits are not included in the course fee.
