Short bio

Ylli teaches as an adjunct in the US with Penn State Law and in Sweden with Uppsala University. Previously, he taught full-time in India at both Jindal Global Law School and Nirma University, as well as in the UK at Durham Law School. He frequently gives guest lectures and mini-courses in universities across the globe.

Ylli manages a dispute resolution team focused on commercial litigation, domestic and international, as well as court and arbitration. Ylli deals primarily with disputes stemming out of transborder commerce, trade, and investments.

He has published numerous academic articles and books on commercial law, international arbitration, and public international law, including e.g., with Manchester Journal of International Economic Law, Brill Research Perspectives, American Review of International Arbitration, The International Lawyer, Fordham International Law Journal, Cornell International Law Journal, Dispute Resolution Journal, etc.
