Editores: Markus Ciesielski, Natalia Castro y Stefan Peters

Todo esto, desde un enfoque consciente de la complejidad y urgencia de dar respuestas jurídicas a los problemas generados por la desigualdad en las sociedades latinoamericanas y de la necesidad de considerar las particularidades de cada país y de cada caso.

What is the Feeling of Effort About?
Autores: Juan Pablo Bermúdez
Revista: Australasian Journal of Philosophy
For agents like us, the feeling of effort is a very useful thing. It helps us sense how hard an action is, control its level of intensity, and decide whether to continue or stop performing it. While there has been progress in understanding the feeling of mental effort and the feeling of bodily effort, this has not translated into a unified account of the general feeling of effort. To advance in this direction, I defend the single-feeling view, which states that the feeling of effort is one and the same for both mental and bodily actions. This feeling represents the subjective costs, both mental and physical, of performing a given action.

Dignity as a commodity? Labour dynamics and partial inclusion among data annotators in artificial intelligence in Colombia
Autores: Carlos Andrés Arroyave Bernal y Oscar Javier Maldonado Castañeda
Revista: Globalizations
The paper analyses an often-overlooked domain of the global AI workforce, shedding light on the significance of workers engaged in humanitarian labour inclusion initiatives. Focusing on DignifAI, an AI annotation service provider situated on the Colombia–Venezuela border, the research examines its efforts to offer dignified employment opportunities to Venezuelan migrants. Through interviews with international workers, managers, and officials involved in the programme, the study explores the personal experiences and subjectivities shaped by AI training work within this inclusive framework.
