Howard Sypher is Professor and founding Head of the Brian Lamb School of Communication and has for several years focused his research and teaching in communication and new technology. He has recently been involved in applied research focusing on software diffusion E-health website usability, and comparative research focusing on the impact of technology and organizational settings. His research on "digital identity" was funded by the National Science Foundation. Sypher received the "Seed for Success" Award from Purdue in 2007.
