Tailor-made for the author
This recently unpacked set contains a tragic paradox: it links childhood with drug trafficking and violence. It is a coffin marked by a white line symbolising cocaine, constructed with an inverted flag to signify the triumph of death and the failure of public institutions in addressing drugs. The work challenges the competence of the State and, in particular, Article 50 of the Political Constitution, which mandates health institutions to provide care to every child under one year old without social security coverage. This Lego piece denounces the incapacity of public authorities to protect the life, physical integrity, and health of Colombia’s children.
