Laser printing on letter-size bond paper

This black artwork results from printing 154 pages on the same sheet of paper, containing 58,805 words of the Political Constitution—illegible and densely packed. The artist reflects on the clarity, knowledge, and awareness citizens have regarding legal norms and important civic texts. The work challenges Article 44 of the Constitution concerning everyone’s right to access public documents, except in cases established by law. This incomprehensible page questions whether access alone is sufficient or, conversely, once the labyrinth of bureaucracy is overcome and the information obtained, even greater obstacles remain—such as inequality or illiteracy.
