Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Faculty participated in the COTELCO Annual Assembly

Eda Rozo, Faculty Dean, together with Gustavo Adolfo Toro, director of COLTELCO, presented the research project carried out by Externado researchers, outlining proposals for the future of tourism in the country.

The forum “2030 Vision of Tourism in Colombia” was held within the framework of the event, in Neiva. Presidential candidates, invited to the event, presented their tourism proposals for the next four years.

Candidates attending were Humberto de la Calle, Iván Duque, and Germán Vargas Lleras. The “2030 Vision of Tourism in Colombia “document is the result of the combined effort by the Externado and COTELCO, and which, on February 20, 2018, at our House of Studies, was disseminated among different tourism actors in Colombia.
