Julio C\u00e9sar Cepeda y Marcel Cepeda<\/h4>\n

Julio C\u00e9sar and Manuel Cepeda sing the Constitution through copla, a form of verse whose name derives from the Latin copulam, meaning \u201cunion\u201d\u2014in this case, of verses. Their simple and clear lyrics aim to make the provisions of the Magna Carta known to all Colombians. Through these rhymes, they convey Article 286, which organises the State\u2019s territory into departments, districts, indigenous jurisdictions, and municipalities, as well as providing for the creation of provinces. Their verses also illustrate the autonomy of territories as outlined in Article 287, a crucial element for managing resources and addressing the needs of citizens throughout the national territory.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
