Cardozo exhibits a set of wearable accessories within a public museum that once served as a Catholic church: a feathered crown, a military cap, an ecclesiastical mitre, high-heeled shoes, a handcrafted mochila bag, and a glittered cap. These garments invite reflection on Article 40 of the Constitution and Constitutional Court ruling T-117 of 2016, regarding political power and the often-overlooked roles of certain social groups in history. The installation addresses tensions surrounding the secular nature of the State and freedom of religion, as enshrined in Articles 18 and 19 of the Constitution and explored in ruling C-350 of 1994, which affirms Colombia\u2019s secular character and religious liberty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
