This work depicts Bol\u00edvar wearing a black cloak and brown cane, accompanied by Santander dressed in golden attire. The two founding fathers occupy the foreground, framing a modern woman holding a handbag, wearing heels and a black dress. The scene invites reflection on the asymmetry between the characters and the stereotyped, traditionally marginalised role of women in decision-making. Article 115 of the Constitution defines the President of the Republic and establishes the formation of the national government. Since the founding fathers, political power has been predominantly held by men, relegating women to a secondary role in exercising executive power.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
