40th Class Reunion – Faculty of Economics
On Wednesday, August 8, 2018, graduates of the class of 1978 will celebrate their 40th anniversary with various activities organized by the Alumni Association.
The Association is pleased to support Class Reunions, as a way to bring alumni back to their House of Studies and encourage encounters among fellow students, today professional colleagues.
On this occasion, the Association will host the Economics Faculty 40-Year Reunion celebration, beginning with a greeting and welcome from the Dean, Julián Arévalo.
Following, Aldemar Moreno, Editor in Chief of Dinero Journal, will offer the opinion chat “How is the economy?” Moreno will chat, with Externado economists, on the economic policy challenges presented by the new Government. Likewise, it will be a valuable space to share with current students, in an exchange of different generations.
Then, a tour of the University will be held to view how the Externado has grown in the past years.
The meeting will end with a toast at the Casa Externadista and a lunch allowing remembering old times and telling anecdotes.
Especially appreciated is the initiative of Dr. Julio Cesar Amador, who headed the meeting project and was responsible for the successful call, welcomed by many of his colleagues, some of whom who will be coming from different cities in the country.
