Developments and challenges of the telecommunications regulatory framework in Colombia
The Telecommunications Law Department held a new meeting within the ICT Conference Cycle to discuss the regulation and estimation of the regulatory impact (RIA). The featured speakers were Cesar Pabón, Advisor to the National Planning Department and leader of the Strategy in Regulatory Impact Analysis, and Andrea Muñoz, consultant, and Telecommunications Law Department Professor.
