Our School was also awarded the prize for the best oral presentation of the competition and the best defense memorial. The preparation was in charge of the teachers María Paula Baptiste and Alejandro Camargo.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Finance, Government and International Relations of our University and currently holds the position of Director of Innovation, Education and Investment Strategy of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
Professor María Daniela D. Villamil is a lawyer graduated from our House of Studies and is attached to the Gender, Law and Society and Human Rights Groups of the Department of Constitutional Law. She has had an outstanding career as an advocate for the human rights of women and members of the LGBT community, and as a professor of International Human Rights Law and Gender and Law at the Universidad Externado.
Diego Alejandro Cortés Silva and Catalina Pulido Jiménez, students from the School of Finance, Government and International Relations, and Karen Daniella Silva Cortés, from the School of Economics, are among the select group of winners of this scholarship, among hundreds of applicants from universities in the region.
