The workshop-course was organized by Ernesto Andrade-Sastoque, a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Twente (Netherlands), conducting a doctoral stay at the Externado University.
The course will address the trends that are defining cities and intelligent territories, viewed from innovation, technology, entrepreneurship, and new generations, relevant in the decision-making of local governments.
The Externado de Colombia Society, Government, and Information Technologies Observatory researched to analyze how the presidential candidates propose, through ICT components, contribute to the construction of intelligent cities.
