The agreement establishes the academic cooperation between the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt and the Externado.
The agreement was signed to strengthen academic cooperation and intensify interaction between Colombia and Germany.
The scholarships are directed to Colombian undergraduate, Masters, and Ph.D. students wishing to pursue winter courses at German universities.
