The Externado de Colombia University and its Finance, Government and International Relations Faculty invite the Externadista community to participate in this online seminar. Professor Donald F. Kettl of the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, University of Texas, will talk with participants about U.S. federalism and its implications on the country’s response to the coronavirus.
The Externado Finance, Government and International Relations Faculty developed the “Global Governance Chair” in response to the challenges of an increasingly complex and internationalized Colombian society.
The pandemic has challenged societies and individuals with multiple changes, including rapid adaptation to a new lifestyle that, in some cases, drives technological development and accelerates the use of tools, applications, and methods for learning and job performance.
