Within the framework of the CAP4CITY project, the Society, Government, and Information Technologies Observatory headed the first workshop in Colombia on skills and competencies for intelligent and sustainable cities.
Daniel Raisbeck, historian, and director of the La Gran Colombia University Center for Innovation and Leadership, will analyze the negotiations between the United Kingdom and the European Union, the results, and the difficulties encountered in the process for the island to resume the possibility of eliminating tariffs and trade freely with the rest of the world.
The event was held a few months after the enactment of the new regulation, entailing changes in markets operations.
