In commemoration of International Metrology Day, the Economics Law Department invited an authority on the subject to talk about the impact of metrology in judicial and administrative decisions and the market benefits.
The event aims to analyze the recent jurisprudential change by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce relating to pricing information to consumers; particularly, in cases labeled “obvious mistakes” and the considerations regarding the application of commercial offer rules to consumer relationship.
The Conference will address the different guidelines establishing individuals’ liability for infringement of the Competition Protection Regime.
