Juliana Hurtado Rassi, professor and researcher at the Department of Environmental Law of the Universidad Externado de Colombia, presented her doctoral thesis entitled “Strategies for the joint management of transboundary ecosystems: Special attention to the case of the Seaflower Biosphere Reserve”, during the Green Moon Festival 2021, held in San Andrés.
