Clara Mercedes Arango, Cultural Decanatura Coordinator, was invited to the Fundación El Nogal Social Responsibility Congress, “Young people, generators of peace,” to talk about the Un libro por centavos collection. The poetry collection is a project the Externado de Colombia University has been carrying out since 2003 and plays an important role in social responsibility and inclusion.
At the poetry encounter, held at the capital’s National Park, the Coordinator of our Cultural Decanatura opened the afternoon poetry readings.
The Cultural Decanatura opens a new call for all readers of the “Un Libro por Centavos” (Book for Pennies) collection, to participate, as critics and anthologists, from September 25, 2017, to January 15, 2018.
The Externado Library and the Cultural Decanatura invite the student, teaching, and administrative community to register in the new Externadista Poetry Club cycle, beginning August 18, 2017.
