The Master's Degree in Evaluation and Contracting for Public Projects provides detailed training on the contracting processes of the public administration with individuals, by analyzing the constitutional, legal and jurisprudential foundations, as well as the theoretical and practical elements for the formulation and evaluation of public projects, by deepening the understanding of public management, resources, their monitoring and evaluation.

The competencies that the students of the Master in Evaluation and Contracting of Public Projects will develop are:
- Understanding of the state contracting policy in Colombia, as well as an analysis compared with the regimes of other jurisdictions.
- Development and application of empirical methods and use of theoretical foundations for the economic and legal analysis of cases related to state contracting.
- Discussion capacity, based on economic, financial, and legal foundations, on contemporary issues on the formulation and evaluation of public projects.
- Understand the constitutional and legal language in public procurement.
- Propose solutions to problems related to the State and the processes of contracting public projects.

Professionals from different disciplines, who work as: The graduate of the Master in Evaluation and Contracting of Public Projects will be an expert in the legal aspects that regulate the contracting process, trends in electronic contracting, the management of the execution of contracts, the fundamentals of litigation resolution and claims, and will have extensive knowledge of economic and financial tools that will allow you to plan, evaluate and audit the procurement processes by the State more effectively. To meet these objectives, the master’s degree requires intensive individual work to achieve synergy with the subject matter seen in the classroom and its interdisciplinary development. 1. One (1) digital photo, white background, JPG format In the qualification of the resume, the motivation letter and the interview, the following aspects will be considered: -Experience in the subject of the master’s degree -Previous training related to the subject of the master’s degree -Solidity of the undergraduate monograph project -Professional project and its coherence with the master’s degree Please develop each of these aspects in the motivation letter.
