In recent years, the gastronomic sector has become an important generator of development, including its contribution to tourism in different regions of the country and the world. It is a very dynamic sector that demands specialized professionals prepared to manage the constant evolution of the gastronomic activity. The specialization program in Strategic Management of Food and Beverage in Hotels and Restaurants considers the development of management skills applied to the sector as an essential condition to manage any type of gastronomic establishment, studying trends and integrating different disciplines and current and innovative techniques applied to the administration and management of Food and Beverage.
