Externado signs agreement with the University of Montpellier
The Economics Faculty of the University of Montpellier (France) signed an academic cooperation agreement with our House of Studies.
The agreement will allow five students, per academic year, to pursue an exchange program at the French University and also for French students to pursue studies at our University.
Colombian students will be required to have a B1 level in French, according to the European Framework of Reference for Languages. Their French counterparts must comply with the English and Spanish language requirements.
Students’ stay must be at least three months and not more than ten months, i.e., one full academic year.
Additionally, the agreement includes the mobility of professors and researchers from both educational institutions. The mobility will be mutually agreed in advance.
The international agreement also includes scientific and pedagogical cooperation focused, mainly, in the areas of Economics and Management, including the organization of symposia and seminars on related topics.
This time, the agreement was coordinated by the Finance, Government and International Relations Faculty and the Internationalization Office.
Initially, the agreement will be for a five-year period.
