FIGRI introduces Continuing Education courses
With the goal to improve the skills and abilities of professionals in different disciplines facing new challenges, the Faculty of Finance, Government and International Relations presents its 2019 Continuing Education offers.
Backed by the Externado, its academic trajectory, the interdisciplinary character of the School of Finance, Government and International Relations, and with the support of the Center for Research and Special Projects – CIPE, the Faculty’s Centre for Postgraduate Studies has designed a series of short courses focused on the development and refinement of competencies and practical skills.
The courses and certification programs have been carefully designed by high-level academic teams, focusing on participants’ professional development. Consequently, our offering has academic support tuned to the needs and skills required today to enhance professional development and consolidate new opportunities in diverse disciplines.
Course – Evaluation of Public Policies and Social Programs Impact
This course aims to introduce participants to impact evaluation and the methodologies to carry them out. Likewise, the course provides the basic tools necessary to understand how impact assessment works, when it can be applied, questions that should be asked, what information is needed, which methodology should be applied, based on the case, and when an impact assessment is reliable.
