Workshop: How to develop a Law thesis? – Second session

The workshop will be offered by Professor Fredy Toscano López, Law PhD, and Professor of the Externado de Colombia Civil Procedural Law Department.

This program seeks to address this fundamental question to develop the key points which guide all the research process and the problems faced by the researcher on a daily basis.

These problems include: choosing a viable research topic; writing a problem or research question leading to a working hypothesis.

The workshop will offer conceptual tools to make suitable elections in the investigative process and sort out the practical problems of thesis preparation. This will be accomplished by the study of cases and examples from the practice of Law.

The workshop is only available to Externado de Colombia Law undergraduate students and those who have completed their studies, but not yet graduated.

The workshop will be headed by Professor Fredy Toscano López, Law PhD, Professor of the Externado de Colombia Civil Procedural Law Department, and Research Methodology Professor of the Master’s program.
