Seminar on International Law and Global Governance

The Masters in International Economics Law Program invites academics, students, and all interested in the subject, to participate in the seminar "The Rules of Interpretation of Customary International Law and other Pressing Issues Regarding Custom."

The event features participation by experts in the field who will discuss contemporary problems of Customary Law, especially based on the recent work by the International Law Commission.

The central theme of the Conference will be offered by Professor Panos Merkoúris, of the University of Groningen (the Netherlands), who will present his research on the rules of interpretation of Customary International Law. There will be space to resolve concerns.
