Update Seminar: “Public contracting and infrastructure – Law 1882 of 2018 and recent jurisprudence”

The event will address updates not included in the Law, but that have an important impact on public contracting.

The Administrative Law Department invites to participate in this seminar, aiming to expound and analyze the major updates included in Law 1882 of 2018, which reformed the Public Administration Contracting General Statute and various aspects of public infrastructure procurement.

The conferences will cover the various issues included in the reform, and thus, reflect on the incidence on public contracting of the updates on objective selection, specifications, land management, land use plans, the new functions relating to auditing, and public-private association modifications.

Lastly, the seminar will address updates not included in the Law, but which have an important impact on public contracting, such as the level of enforcement of decisions handed down by Colombia Compra Eficiente.
