The Economics Law Department invites to the Center for Studies on Economics Law.

The Conference aims to analyze, from this optical novelty, the regulatory tools – regulation and deregulation – to pose scenarios promoting responses to the market problems.

Speaker

Rubén Méndez Reátegui, PhD – DSc

A Law graduate from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos; LLM from the University of Salamanca, and MSc and MA in Economics from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos of Spain. PhD in Economics from Macquarie University (Australia); Doctor in Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. Researcher and University Professor (associate and visiting) of undergraduate and graduate programs at various international universities, such as the University of Salamanca, UCM, Macquarie University, UNMSM, and Málaga University, among others. His area of expertise includes Law and Economics, Economics Law, Antitrust Law and related fields, Regulatory Law, and Public Policy. He is the author of numerous works in his specialty areas; and is the Director of the RFJ Journal. He is a Full Professor at the Pontificia Universidad del Ecuador Faculty of Law.
