The colloquium seeks to generate a critical debate surrounding corruption and the way this phenomenon affects the Colombia institutional structures.

The culture of corruption is a human behavior phenomenon that, historically, has distorted the development of the different civilizations making up human societies. This problematic has triggered a great number of situations that have hampered different institutions (public and private), regulating human beings’ behavior in society, delaying their social, economic, intellectual, and moral evolution.
