Conference: Insolvency Regime under Legislative Decree 560 of 2020

Given the impact of the COVID-19 virus on the national economy, many companies, individuals, and legal entities have been involved in circumstances affecting their trade, financial, and accounting balances.

In light of this reality, the Business Law Department Research Line on Contracting and Resolution of International Controversies (CYRCI) invites to the event “Insolvency Regime under Legislative Decree 560 of 2020,” which will address the changes on this matter introduced by the National Government.

The conference will be offered by Externado Law graduate Andrés Cárdenas, who also has a Master’s in International and Comparative Dispute Resolution Settlement (Queen Mary University, UK).
