Conference: New way of indicating Price per Unit Measure – PUM

The Conference has the purpose of analyzing the 2011 Circular 007 issued by the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce.

The circular discusses the adequacy of current market requirements, the instructions on the public information pricing systems, the ”turns” availability, and the Price per Unit of Measure – PUM.

The circular aims to ensure consumers’ rights to receive adequate information, enabling them to make informed choices and obtain the exact exchange for those trading in stores and through e-commerce.

The guest speaker is Alejandro Giraldo López, Deputy Superintendent for Control and Verification of Technical Regulations and Legal Metrology of the Superintendency of Industry And Commerce.
