Colloquium: Argumentation, Theory, and Practice (uses of legal language)

The Interdisciplinary Studies Institute invites all the Externadista community. Attendees will participate in the discussion and conclusions.

The speakers will address common argumentation forms used in legal practice, but having particular and specific development, according to authors and regional legal cultures trends, anchored in judicial practice, in the State uses of current law and epistemologies that have generated state-of-the-art theories to elevate justice, equality, and freedom to argumentative realization.
