Fecha: 24 of october
Hora: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Casa Batlló, one of the most visited monuments in the city of Barcelona, is one of the masterpieces by the great architect Antoni Gaudí, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2005. Its private management model, based on a Customer Journey Map, is focused on the customer’s experience, which has been decisive for its success in the European tourism sector.
In light of the above, the Tourism and Hotel Business Administration Faculty, within the framework of its 2019 talks cycle “Creative and innovators that inspire,” offers a conference by Ana María Acosta, director of the Casa Batlló cultural visits. She will explain what Casa Batlló is, what the management model is like, what have been the main milestones and projects, and the vision for the near future.
