Launching of the Public Television Digital Agenda in Colombia

The event features Sylvia Cristina Constaín Rengifo, current Minister of Information and Communication Technologies, who will participate in a panel with several experts.

The Externado de Colombia University Society, Government, and Information Technologies Observatory, the Ministry of Information and Communication Technologies, Channel Zoom, and ATEI invite the Externadista community to participate in the launching of the Public Television Digital Agenda in Colombia.

The Colombian Government will adopt the Ibero-American Public Television Digital Agenda, a project developed by renowned researchers, to formulate a proposal allowing to face, more sustainably, creatively, and efficiently, the stage of change, convergence, and current “transmediality.”

Event speakers include Sylvia Cristina Constaín Rengifo, ICT Minister; Guillermo Orozco, Professor of the Social Communication Studies Department at the University of Guadalajara, Mexico; Germán Pérez, Colombia representative of the Board of Directors of the Ibero-American Educational and Cultural Television Association (ATEI), among others.
