The Externado de Colombia University opens registration for the Masters in State Law with an emphasis on Regulation and Telecommunications and ICT Management. Registration opens February 17 through April 21, 2021. Classes begin on May 12, 2021.
The pandemic evidenced the transcendental role of Telecommunications and ICTs in developing activities in this new environment. Hence, the academic programs aiming to train professionals with a vision of the country, generators of public and regulatory policies, resulting from the changes derived from the measures adopted in the framework of the states of emergency and the transformations taking place in all sectors in the face of the fourth industrial revolution.

This Masters Program is multidisciplinary;that is, it is aimed at attorneys and interested in deepening their technical, economic, and legal knowledge in matters related to the Information and Communications Technologies sector.
This program seeks to train Masters in Telecommunications and ICT regulations, with the ability to comprehensively apply the knowledge acquired in the program, resolve conflicts, and effectively counsel organizations and entities with decision-making, leadership, and research skills.
The University has a teaching staff made up of professionals with a high level of training and experience in the sector –public and private – able to provide students with a broad vision of the sector’s topics and keep them up to date on the latest local and international developments.
The program is for two years. Imparted face-to-face, once a month, for three and a half days.
