Registrations now Open for Specialisations in Law (Bucaramanga and Bogotá)

Universidad Externado de Colombia and its Department of Civil Law invite the legal community to learn about the offer of postgraduate programs. They are open for registration for the second semester of 2022 in the cities of Bucaramanga and Bogotá.

Specialisation in Liability and Compensable Damage

This academic program seeks to delve into specific legal aspects, which allow professionals to provide solutions to the main problems that are generated by applying the different theories and jurisprudential positions on the regimes and specificities of liability – both contractual and non-contractual, in civil environments and of the State.

Specialisation in Contract Law and Legal-Business Relations (Bogotá)

The program provides information on current theoretical-pragmatic trends in business transaction law, contracts, and legal-business relations, as well as on related legislative, doctrinal, and jurisprudential developments.

It also seeks to update the knowledge of the professional on the matter, by disseminating the current constitutional, normative, economic, and social tendencies, and the treatment of recent texts.

Specialisation in Family Law (Bogotá)

The program trains professionals in the social sciences (mainly lawyers) of contemporary paradigms in the field of family law. It goes hand in hand with the most recent jurisprudence, starting at the constitutional level, and with an interdisciplinary perspective, and moving to everyday and temporary practical problems.
