Congratulations Externadistas!

Externado Law Students obtained, at the Latin American level, the award for the best plaintiff brief at the international Elsa Moot Court Competition.

The Economics Law Department announced the results obtained by the fourth and fifth-year Law students representing the Externado at the international Elsa Moot Court Competition on World Trade Organization Law.

Andrea Buitrago, Daniela Abril, Daniela Molina, and Camila Camargo, won the award, at the Latin American level, for the best plaintiff brief in the America regional round. The event was held March 1-4, 2017, at the Universidad de los Andes.

The University wholeheartedly congratulates our students and their mentor, Professor Samuel Trujillo, and hopes these achievements encourage our students to participate in such events and maintain the high standards attained by their peers.

To participate in international competitions, such as Elsa, Jessup, and IDF (Foreign Direct Investment Law), it is important to register for the International Litigation course, which prepares students to participate in such events.
