Students of the Master’s in Integrated Risk Management Program make academic visit to Murcia and Madrid, Spain

On May 22, 2017, the Masters’ Program students began their international trip to ENAE Business School, where some will present their thesis and attend seminars and conferences.

During this visit, 23 of the 31 students of the first Externado de Colombia University Master’s in Integrated Risk Management will conclude their academic studies.  Also, 18 students will defend their graduating thesis before an international jury, made up of professors from the Externado University and the ENAE Business School (affiliated with the University of Murcia).

The travelers will also attend the seminars “Practical experiences in private risk management” and ‘Current risk management topics.” Subsequently, they will defend their thesis and attend the Risk Managers World Congress (AGERS) to be held in Madrid, June 1, 2017.

Considering the interdisciplinary nature of the program and the Externado Center for Studies in Insurance Law, accompanying the students, as thesis jurors are Professors Carlos Restrepo Rivillas, research director, Business Administration Faculty; Camilo Romero Moreno, Professor- Researcher of CIPE, Faculty of Finance Government, and International Relations, and Hilda Esperanza Zornosa Prieto, Director of the Center for Studies in Insurance Law.
