Specialization in Environmental Law – Barranquilla

The program seeks to contribute to the training of specialists in the knowledge of national and international environmental legislation.

The Environmental Law Department invites all interested to register for the Specialization in Environmental Law, in Barranquilla. The program brings over 20 years of experience in updating and detailed knowledge of the applicable legal regime relating to natural resources, formalities, permits, authorizations, and environmental licensing, as well as instruments of protection, conservation, proper management of the natural environment, and the study of the environmental sanctioning procedure regarding environmental damage liability, among others.

The program aims to provide knowledge on current legislation and all mechanisms for the protection of natural resources and the environment at national and international levels. Also, it aims to strengthen capacity for managing and administering natural resources and the environment, from legal, economic, and social perspectives, as well as the formulation of policies and development plans involving the use of such resources.
