Certification in Special Jurisdiction for Peace – JEP – Procedures

The Constitutional Law Department offers this program for those interested in strengthening their knowledge on this subject.

The Special Jurisdiction For Peace (JEP) faces the challenge of implementing the Justice component of the Integrated System of Truth, Justice, Reparation, and Non-Repetition created in the Final Agreement to End the Conflict and Establish a Stable and Long-lasting Peace, between the national Government and the FARC-EP, through effective procedures protecting victims’ rights and those under this jurisdiction.

* Duration: 90 hours

* Class sessions: Weekly (Fridays and Saturdays), 10 hours each, for a total of 9 sessions.

* Cost: COP 2,000,000
