Course: Financial aspects of judicial evidence
The course aims to offer financial sector officials, attorneys, judges, and magistrates, the technical and financial elements necessary to argue and discuss financial issues arising in legal proceedings, within the framework of procedural orality.
The academic activity, organized by the Externado Financial Law Department, has the goal of offering an opportunity to strengthen knowledge, acquire skills and competencies, and meet the training needs of officers handling issues related to the financial sector and the stock market.
The Department has been structuring special courses for organizations providing services in different financial markets.
The program will develop in an active methodology format. Participants will receive the study material in advance so that in class, they may carry out practical exercises with examples of real everyday situations in a company. Also included are case analysis, workshops, discussion and implementation of issues relating to personal development, and brief keynote chats by professors, with participation by attendees.
Groups will be between 25 to 30 participants, maximum.
