Certification in Consumer Law
The Externado de Colombia University and its Economic Law Department invite to enroll in this academic program.
The Certification in Consumer Law proposes to carry out, within the scope of the Colombian legal system, an examination of the constitutional principles and the rules governing consumer and user protection and the correlative responsibility of producers and retailers in the production, import, distribution, and commercialization of goods and services.
Also, the program intends to examine the developments made since the issuance of Law 1480 of 2011, the jurisprudential scope, and the operational verdicts issued by the administrative inspection, surveillance, and control authorities.
