The Master's program in Organizational Control of the Externado School of Public Accounting understands the subject as a philosophy of behavior, framed in an ethical and humanistic conception that pursues the alignment of the interests of the individual and those of the organization, with a view to achieving common objectives.

The Master’s Degree provides its students with transdisciplinary concepts and methodological and didactic elements that allow them to analyze themselves as human beings and as social beings, so that from there they can adopt organizational control as an authentic and ethical culture for decision making.

Graduates of the Master’s Degree in Organizational Control will be able to respond fully to the demands of the business environment in the administrative, management, risk management and control areas in which they work or in which they expect or intend to work.

The characteristics of the curriculum and the knowledge that the program provides to the graduate will allow him/her to approach management and supervisory functions with ethical and objective criteria. The master’s degree will enable graduates to work as managers, comptrollers, auditors, financial or administrative directors, consultants and, in general, in positions that require decision-making competencies and management skills.
